Pressure pipe, upper 034 145 683 F
Optional.  I used stock 200 upper pipe because it worked better trying to mate up the crossmember I ordered.  But possibly if you order the other crossmember, this pipe would work better.  Iíve got this one you can buy cheap if you go that route.  Another alternative may be the RS2 down pipe, pn listed below.

Support bracket  034 145 808A
Support grommets  035 145 824/824A (x2/x1)
Pin  034 145 829/829A
Seal  N 901 368 02
Hose  034 145 746 AB long hose connecting turbo outlet to intercooler
inlet
Hose  035 145 720 A On the fiche, one of the hoses connecting upper pressure pipe to crossmember outlet.  We used it, but not as it appears on the fiche.  The same as the stock 200 piece, accordion hose with metel rings
Hose  034 145 742 D Short rubber hose connecting
upper pressure pipe to 683G.  We didn't use.
Pressure Pipe  034 145 683 G A small elbow pipe between crossmember outlet and upper
pressure pipe.  We used because we had it, but not as it appears on fiche, could be easily deleted.

Crossmember 8AO 805 853 B   (895 805 853  alternative?)
This is a quandry.  Both myself and Ben Garret ordered the 8A0 piece, which as described did not mate correctly with the plumbing coming down from the upper pressure pipe.  The outlet of this pipe is horizontal, not vertical like the fiche shows.  However, it is tough to visualize how a vertical pipe would work, without conflicting with the auxiliary radiator directly above it.
I suspect the other pipe might exit diagonally, as per the illustration in the RS2 fiche, making a better connection to the upper plumbing.  Iíd try it, since itís also cheaper.  Also, the 8A0 pipe did not have perfectly matching mounting brackets for the intercooler.  We were able to improvise, (study photo, improvisation is basically a 3î piece of angle aluminum) but the earlier pipe might work better.  Who knows?  Try it, and inform us.  One final suggestion:  This crossmember is the single most expensive piece of the conversion:  At $500, it was more than the either the bumper cover, the intercooler, or the RS2 manifold.  Study the pictures below.  I think you could modify the stock crossmember with $10 worth of PVC pipe, and some creative welded reinforcement, and have a pretty good substitute.

A wild gamble, who  knows what it looks like, but per Dave Eaton's patient descriptions, sounds like it might mate the upper pressure pipe to the crossmember outlet as one piece.
